Artman Quadrant Dual-Arch Bite Registration Trays are designed for efficient fixed-restorative impressions when a dual-arch technique is clinically appropriate. Each tray records the working quadrant, opposing teeth, and interocclusal relationship during the same impression, reducing the need for separate opposing-arch and bite records. The rigid plastic frame supports the impression material, while the thin mesh permits the patient to close through the tray with minimal separation.
Clinical Uses
- Single-unit crown and other limited fixed-restorative impressions
- Simultaneous quadrant impression, opposing dentition record, and bite registration
- Chairside workflows using compatible elastomeric impression materials
Design Features
- Anatomically shaped quadrant frame with smooth margins
- Thin, tear-resistant mesh helps retain impression material
- Firm thumb tab supports controlled placement and removal
- Disposable design supports efficient infection-control workflows
- 35 trays per box
Technique Notes
Trial-fit the tray before loading. It should seat passively without impinging on soft tissue, and the patient should be able to close completely into a stable habitual bite. Follow the impression material manufacturer's instructions for tray loading, working time, and setting time. Inspect the finished impression for complete margins, stable occlusal contact, and visible distortion before sending it to the laboratory.
